Use the evidence, verify the decision
Search results, summaries, rankings, and Lens observations may be incomplete, delayed, or wrong. Source links and coverage indicators are provided so you can verify important claims yourself.
Gavel is not a substitute for qualified medical, legal, financial, emergency, or safety advice. Do not rely on it as the sole basis for a high-stakes decision.
Gavel Lens
Lens reports measurable visual characteristics such as light, detail, contrast, edges, and machine-readable codes. It does not establish identity, ownership, authenticity, intent, diagnosis, or certainty.
Kids Mode
Kids Mode is a safety aid, not a guarantee that every result is appropriate for every child. A trusted adult remains responsible for supervision and age-appropriate use.
Fair use of the service
Do not use Gavel to break the law, harm people, interfere with the service, bypass safeguards, overload its systems, or manipulate feedback and rankings. Automated access must respect published technical limits and source-provider rules.
Sources and outside services
Gavel displays information from independent sources and may link to third-party services. Those organizations control their own content, availability, and policies. Gavel does not sell placement in its rankings.
Donations
Donations are voluntary and do not purchase rankings, access, influence, or a service guarantee. Payments are handled through the donor’s bank and Zelle. Gavel does not represent donations as tax-deductible.
Availability and changes
Gavel may update, suspend, or discontinue features and may revise these terms as the service develops. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date. Use the site’s feedback control for questions or concerns.
